convenient parking spacious room quiet air conditioning

i secured parking with ease.. it was very convenient. the room was spacious and clean. i found the air conditioning effective and quiet, so it was easy to sleep..

the hallway had a very faint odor of cooking oil at times.

helpful staff clean room convenient location

The staff was helpful. Rooms were clean and spacious. Shared kitchenettes on each floor worked great, and the fresh take on minibars in every room was good. Tram and bus stops are right outside the hotel, easy to get around.

the bathroom in the standard room was VERY small. !!

The staff were cute and offered excellent recommendations for local dining options. La petite brasserie was a particular highlight. the hotel felt less impersonal compared to other hotels under the hyatt brand.

Acceptable Stay with Some Issues

poor ventilation expensive parking

The room was a good size and had air conditioning that I could adjust.

I found some issues with the hotel. The separate toilet lacked ventilation (i think it's quite important). the on-site parking was expensive and the access ramp was awkward to navigate.
